When an Ice attribute equipper uses a Special Attack or EX Special Attack, their Ice DMG is increased by 20% for 40s, stacking up to 2 times, once per use of a skill. Repeated triggers refresh the duration. At 2 stacks, the equipper's Abloom DMG dealt is increased by an additional 35%.
