The equipper's Energy Regen increases by 0.4/s. When the equipper activates Ether Veil or extends its duration, all squad members gain 25% increased DMG and 15% increased Max HP for 45s. Repeated triggers reset the duration. Only one instance of this effect can exist in the same squad.
